Online motorcycle registration, license renewals planned by LTO

After extending the driver's license validity to 5 years, the LTO now plans to modernize their systems to accommodate online transactions. Online transactions would make it more efficient for both motorcycle owners and riders to transact with the agency. Rather than having to head to an LTO office, one could transact with the agency in comfort and convenience. It would also promote transparency and help lessen corruption in the agency through fixers.CONTINUE READING
